"1st we get there to check in and got told we couldn't have the room we booked. And NO WATER PARK OPEN TO PLAY! We came for that reason only! Then the room they gave us ABSOLUTELY horrible! I have a 2yr old and the bathroom door didnt shut or lock at all. The carpet was torn up with bare flooring and carpet staples in our room and doorway. The floor felt like slime scum and bare walls with just nails in them. The beds (was supposed to have a king suite) didnt get it, had 2 queen spring mattress beds. Will never stay there again! The people that we meet there said the same thing."

"Room wasn’t ready until nearly 2 hours after check in time. No real good place to hang out in lobby. We asked about the conference room that wasn’t being used. Front desk told us no but then bartender opened it up for us."
