"The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel...

"This is the second time I have stayed here and was unable to take a shower do to lack of hot water!!"

"It was a nice room, however, the room temperature was difficult to control. Maybe a thermostat issue. It was hot then cold so while trying to sleep it was covers on covers off all night. "

"Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel.
