"Checking was seamless. Our room was available early. I will not that this hotel is not accessible for those with disabilities. There are steps to the front door, steps to the elevator and the elevator stops between floors so you would need to walk up or down a flight of stairs to access your room. Lovely breakfast. The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities.
