"The hotel was amazing & better than we expected! They stored our luggage since we arrived early & the room was not ready. We advised them that we would be back late since we had a scheduled tour. "Need shower gel and more toilet paper. I did bring my own shower gel, but it would be nice if it was provided too. Cleaning I think should be done at least once if you are staying 3 or 4 days. A light clean should be done, take out trash etc. I know it was an apartment, so I knew before hand that there will not be a cleaning done. Give some toiletries and toothbrush etc. "

There are wonderful dining options nearby, public buses and trolleys are steps away, and many attractions are an easy walk. "

"The Callas House is a beautiful hotel. Our room was very spacious with a view of the Opera House. The location is perfect, easy to walk around Budapest. We received a warm welcome and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until check in. Breakfast was wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Pillow was too hard but they immediately provided a softer one. The laundry facilities mentioned in the amenities list is about 400 meters away. Each load was 9 euros. We would highly recommend this...
