Breakfast is excellent. It’s part of NY cafe which is beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. Had everything in it you need! Spa and small pool very nice. We enjoyed using it. Bar area could be bigger . Excellent bar tender but was surprised it was so tiny.

The breakfast setting is magical and definitely a big reason why we booked this hotel. The reception is stunning and well maintained, however there were a few signs of wear and tear in the room that surprised me for this price point. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was a little busier than expected and noise was an issue in the room,especially on Saturday night. My personal bugbear was the lack of stair access to the newer part of the building and the fact that this area although lovely definitely didn't have the same ambiance as the older part. The food in the restaurant was delicious and well worth a visit.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. We were welcomed warmly on arrival and staff were very helpful all throughout our stay. The restaurant has become something of a tourist attraction but as hotel guests we were able to skip the queue each time we dined.

The hotel was fantastic. Only issue I had was the cleaner the next day who did not clean the bathroom and sinks even after I had to,d them to they still did not clean, otherwise all staff and hotel were excellent

Fabulous hotel …absolutely stunning interior. Rooms were spacious and quiet with huge comfy beds. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Location was great to explore the whole city with easy public transport links. The most beautiful breakfast room with an abundance of food offerings and à la carte options. Will be staying here again.
