"I really want to leave a bad review so nobody uses this property and it's always available for me!
But, I just can't. This stay was really the highlight of a long trip. The Collect Residence was BY FAR the best place we stayed out of hotels in Split, Rome, Florence, Venice, Budapest, and Bratislava.
The price was great and the property was very clean, usable, well maintained and convenient.
All of that would have been enough,
'but wait! There's more!'
The staff was wonderful. Pleasant, ...

"This place was incredible! We were in Prague and Vienna before this and both places were approximately the same price, for much less. This room exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, furniture was comfortable and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend others stay here.
Also, an extremely convenient factor to consider is that this hotel is walking distance from a metro line. We bought a 72-hour travel pass and were able...

"Pros:
Comfortable bed.
Close to many shops and restaurants.
Perfectly size apartment for 3 people and amenities provided are very useful.
Cons:
The church bell will ring very loudly at 6am as it is near the church so it will wake you up.
The smell of the bedroom wall is very unpleasant.
There were extra charges that were not mentioned during the booking. Not excessive but still good if mentioned.
The sofa bed was uneven so uncomfortable to sleep.
Overall, I'd still give it a 4 stars...

"building is very old, though apt is considered clean. dryer is broken and could not be used. when I informed the receptionist regarding this matter, she told me that other guests had informed her days before and she thought the dryer will fix itself. Dryer was one of the reason we choose this property. will not come back. "
