So you can listen to the news while brushing your teeth. The spa is stunning, and so relaxing. Gym so quiet and has everything you need. "

"The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always available to help. The rooms are spotless, the towels are the best I have ever found in an hotel and the fridge is well packed. To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków."

"Really lovely hotel, really clean, absolutely spotless infact, bed was actually really comfy, breakfast was lovely, only downfall really was there was no other food options and no bar, you could order shorts to your room but it would have been a lovely touch to be able to go for a drink in the restaurant in the afternoon or at night and there was no option for this. All staff were friendly and spoke very good English, would highly recommend, would actually give 4.5 stars if able to"

"The staff was welcoming and helpful. I asked for additional power near the desk for charging multiple devices and it was sorted in Immediately. Room was clean, comfortable and large. "

"The rooms are old - I do not like the beds because it is not a 5-star feel including the pillows, Room smells cigarette even if they said they do nor have any smoking rooms. There's no vallet parking available unlike H15. It is not a 5-star hotel. For me it is a 3-star based on my experiences with other 5 stars. "

"Perfecte locatie in het centrum/ old town Uitstekend vers ontbijt buffet en goede kamers. Koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer wordt ook goed aangevuld elke dag. Mooie badkaner met regendouche. Zelfs de grote tv kon ik makkelijk verbinden via ingebouwde chromecast met mijn Netflix en streamen via de goede wifi verbinding. Ik zou dit hotel absoluut aanraden, alles op loopafstand te doen, en de trein/tram is dichtbij voor de verdere uitstapjes."
