The door is the unlocked and a printer is activated to provide you with room number and code for the doors. Worked fine. The place is IMO just beautiful, everything about it: the lighting, layout, design. Wow!"

Breakfast was very good, especially for European guests. The spa offers a sauna, salt room, relaxation area, and gym—though a jacuzzi would have been a nice addition. The bar is excellent, but closes a little early at 11 PM. Overall, a clean, stylish hotel with great facilities in a perfect location for exploring Kraków."

"This hotel is situated in the Jewish quarter and was very handy for our trip pickup. It’s about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff were very helpful all through our stay. The WiFi was excellent and we had no problem with it. The password is easily available on reception.
