"Try a different hotel. My room had visible black mold in the bathroom. I was moved to another room and it also had mold. I ended up checking out. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund, and they then charged me double for fees for the one night I did stay there. It’s a great location and most staff were friendly. It’s unfortunate that the property needs some work. "

"The hotel staff was amazing however the velvet was horrible! I almost missed my flight we requested our vehicle 10 mins before coming down stairs to the lobby. Went down stairs to wait for the vehicle 20 mins laters the car still wasn’t there. Went around to the velvet asked about the vehicle he responded with they didn’t get the notification. He stated he had to go get the key from someone and get the car his self. Waited 10 minutes went to the front desk to ask how much longer because we have...

"Historic building in a good location for exploring Marigny and Bywater, as well as the quarter. The biggest plus here is the staff, who were all so friendly and helpful!
We had a large one bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet. It had a big comfortable sofa and a leftover kitchenette with a little sink. Given the setup, it would have been nice to have a microwave. Bathroom was remodeled and clean. WiFi and heating/cooling worked well. Complementary drinking water and coffee in the morning....
