"The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean, they always checked if we needed room service. It's a great location, close enough to New Orleans where it's a short drive but far enough to be away from the partying. The pool area was nice, they cleaned the pool right before we went to use it. "The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were great for us. Nice refrigerator. Coffee and water provided for the guests. However, there was no hot water when we tried to shower. Coffee pot did not work the last night we were there. There was breakfast for purchase only. Coffee and water was in the lobby for everyone. Their staff were always pleasant and friendly. They made the stay worth the money paid."

"Staff was very accommodating. Amenities like bottled water, coffee, espresso, small snacks were welcome and plentiful. Location afforded easy access to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, and also mitigated the noisy crowds and atmosphere of the party scene. The variety of rooms available adds curiosity to a return visit in the future to try them out. Overall pleasant experience."

"The staff were very nice and helpful while checking in. The room itself was rather grimy feeling. Felt like two star room at a five star Price. Beds were comfortable enough to get a night sleep. "Property was very unique and interesting with its purposely dated styling. The staff was very pleasant and willing to assistance or give advise as needed. Easy walk to the convention center and many great spots for food. Loved this location and would stay again."

"Close to everything, but parking is a bit tedious. Also be aware of the daily parking fees. Was not informed of the daily rate until the second day. Low water pressure (shower is a trickle). No elevator and narrow stairs make it difficult if you have luggage. To be honest the hoste perry was extremely helpful and had a great attitude, if not for him the review would be lower."
