"If your planning on renting this property, I highly advise that you call and confirm check in instructions with Michelle regardless how many times the email is sent. I received two emails period to our stay, we arrived at the property after a 4 hour drive to Lake Tahoe only to be told by Michelle that I need to hush up and listen to her instructions.
