Cari Hotel di Amador County

"The room was clean but very small. There was nothing open in the Kirkwood area, no ice available. We thought we would be staying in the main building. Overall, it was a good place to sleep."

"I loved the location and the beauty of Silver Lake. The lake is readily accessible to launch kayak's, paddleboards. We stayed in a cabin and found it clean and comfortable. A few amenities were missing such as a broom and a microwave (which was quickly found and added back into our room). Heads up to potential guests -- there is NO internet. They say they have wifi but it simply does not work. While it was nice to be disconnected, it also made it hard to research hiking trails/maps. ...

"It was a nice, newly renovated room. New owner was nice and friendly. Better than I thought for a Rodeway Inn. Noise from the highway was a little loud, but that is typical for many hotels. I overslept for having the breakfast. But the owner offered me a drink at check-in…I took a 7-up. Also offered chips, which I didn’t take…but nice to have a snack offered at check-in. I would stay there again"

"The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast had waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal & pastries"

"Very friendly and helpful with surrounding area information"

"Perfect location, clean rooms, good parking."

"Love, love, love this property! Can’t wait to go back!"

"The night staff and the day staff were always friendly, kind, and helpful. The drive from Yosemite was crazy to get to this quiet little town. The breakfast was good and similar to all the other breakfasts we had during our vacation."

"Very nice hotel. Two minute walk to downtown. The hotel is spotless. There is no elevator. It was nice to walk out of your room and have scones waiting for you by the door! They had coffee on both floors which was very nice. We never were offered any glass of wine but apparently they do that as well. Nice place!"

"The Innkeeper was wonderful, three-course breakfast was outstanding. Property is upscale, warm, and beautiful. I would go again in a heartbeat."

"The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country!"

"Amazing hospitality surrounded by BEAUTIFUL GOLD COUNTRY, California. "

"Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. "

"It was a lovely stay - due to covid we missed the personal hospitality but felt very safe and comfortable."
