"The overall experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. The hotel itself is nice, but it definitely needs to be revamped, as the furniture and amenities, such as the gym, feel outdated."

"Had an accessibility room: no shower chair, staff found one. Couldn't access shower from my scooter and shower/toilet area so small couldn't shut door. Exit door to outside next to room, unfortunately only a set of stairs to parking lot, no ramp."
