It was wonderful! The room was well appointed and clean. All staff were amazing and helpful - from the room to the front desk. The bar was welcoming and the staff were extremely cordial and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat!

The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers.
