"Out stay was only one night, but we were very impressed about the staff, especially the front desk, lady. She was very very awesome. We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book again. "
"The tub was hard to use. But not the property owners problem. I'm handicapped so the tub side was too tall. Property was well maintained and we enjoyed the stay"
"There was zero hot water around 6 pm, then at 9 pm, then the next morning as well around 7am and 10 am. I have 4 boys and we were at a baseball tournament and the water was cold every shower.
I talked to the lady at the desk and her response was, we are really full and that happens when a lot of people take showers at the same time. I said well we took showers at all different times and that made no difference. She said sorry there is nothing we can do, there are just a lot of people staying here right now.
We stayed two weekends in a row, carpet had a huge burned iron mark on it first weekend, next the carpet was coming apart in areas.
Other than that pool was great and things were clean."
"Very spacious and comfortable room. Nice kitchenette area with a few dishes and cutlery. Comfortable bed, nice linens, clean and quiet. Safe and quiet area."
"This place was abysmal and we couldn't believe that it would carry the Wyndham name. Wallpaper was peeling off walls, the beds were poorly made, there was visible dirt and scum in the bathrooms, carpets in horrible shape. It made our skin crawl. If we hadn't of had a non-refundable reservation, we would have left immediately to seek something more acceptable."
Holiday Inn Express Vancouver North - Salmon Creek by IHG
6/10 Okay
"This hotel barely has amenities. The decor is ultra modern & not at all attractive. The rooms have no glassware, minimal bedding, budget TV w no access to anything but live TV. Finess room is nice, but very small & basic. Perhaps best feature is the indoor pool. No access to food or drinks, other than breakfast. It seems some very basic upgrades & niceties could be added to improve the experience. Bare basics, with barren, modern decor."
