"Unique historical hotel with old city walls within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a great breakfast."

"Super!"

"Bel emplacement et propre"

"Very good location! Super close minute walk to the train station! Room was super clean and staff were super helpful! Beautiful view from my balcony!"

"The lady in charge, so sorry forgot her name…was so helpful and kind"

"Vilma was great with the communication and allowing us to check in a little early. The property was located just a few blocks from the train station, which made getting our luggage to the property easy. The property was also located close to lots of shopping and ESPECIALLY wonderful food. "Very clean and safe. Good location, just a few blocks from the Main Street where everyone walked and ate. Very laid back and enjoyable"

"Great place to stay to visit Pisa and the Cinque Terre. - Really need a car to get around. - Room well laid out and thought out but more compact than the photos would suggest."

We, as the guest, had simply asking why no AC and were met with...

"Rezeption ist nur zum Frühstück besetzt, aber der Check In und Check Out liefen kontaktlos völlig problemlos. Auf den ersten Blick schien es nicht wie ein Hotel, da es sich in einem Wohnblock befindet."

"Disregarding the feelings of guests and No help of staff when special issue occur! The location is not suitable for carrying luggage！Some facilities have problems ： hot water is not enough in bathroom!"

"Excelente estadía, todo muy bien y una atención muy buena. La persona encargada me habló en mi idioma, estuvo al pendiente en todo momento y siempre fue clara con todo lo que necesitaba."

"Clean room. Excellent location."
