"After a 9hr drive, I arrived (4pm) the office was closed. I tried calling and texting the number on the office door, the number online (Google) and on Expedia. No one answered. I ended up booking another hotel, but this one finally called back. I had to go to a different hotel, to check in- very unprofessional. No email confirmation to follow up about any check in information.
I got to the unit and it’s dirty. I tried to shower (post travel) because I had somewhere else to be. When I came back...
