"Starz is in a shady area to begin with, but the amenities are a joke. For starters, there is no place to park unless you park on a very steep/narrow hill which either blocks you or someone else in. We ended up parking on the sidewalk. There is no elevator, so regardless of what floor you are on, you will be dragging your luggage up stairs. The casino/bar/restaurant is so small and the air conditioning was blasting. There is barely any seating. I can't speak to the menu or food because we...

"While the ocean was visible from the room and the room was pretty nice inside the hotel aesthetics are old and need to be updated. It looks like an abandoned hotel on the outside the check-in desk person is not always there although it looks like she lives on the property. The plumbing needs to be updated. I had to plunge the toilet. There was a plunger in the bathroom so they knew about the plumbing issues. I stayed on the bottom of the hotel and they were lots of noises upstairs and noises in...

"Bay view from the room was nice on some mornings seaplanes would land in the bay waking us up in the early morning. We asked one of the front desk workers if she could take a picture of us seeing that the lobby was empty with no else checking in and she seemed bothered by our request."
