"I had injured my leg the day before we arrived. But when we arrived they put me in a wheel chair and they carried all our luggage up for me and my husband. They helped me find a rental scooter. The restaurant staff even asked to carry my plate to our table because I couldn’t hold the plate and try to hold on to chairs to get back to our table. Our room was so clean and we were so comfortable. Great staff. Perfect down town location."

"Great vibe in this hotel, super clean. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request. Lobby bar and lobby area was so pleasant to just chill and have a drink. Elevators were fast, never waited. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom was bright, large and clean with a rain shower. "We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel itself is nice, rooms are comfy and quiet. Pillows are hit and miss, but that’s as much personal preference as an actual issue. Easy to get to and very reasonably priced, even being 500 feet from Centennial Park for the World Cup party. However, those aren’t the reason you should stay here. Of anywhere in the world I have stayed, the friendliness and the efforts made by the staff to make this a great stay is absolutely second to none....

"The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast was pretty good and a good options to choose from the room was clean and spacious there is only valet parking so you have no choice to pay for that service which is 60 dollars a day, me and my wife didn't drive anywhere once my truck was parked by the valet we was in walking distance of everything we planned doing on our trip."
