"It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The front desk literally walked away as I was begging for help. If you can spend the extra $200 for any other hotel in Vegas, just do it. It’s not worth the awful service on top of it, the room didn’t even have shampoo"

"Stay was good room was a little damaged when we got there shower head was broken the wall sticker was peeling off but other than that it was nice ."

"Everything was just ok, room was loud, air had a rumble and you could hear every room around us. Bathroom has no fan and room had no mini fridge. No free water. But it was great for free parking and the casino was nice. Food options weren't too good. Pizza place made us sick."

"Our stay was good for the concert we saw at the stadium. The property is old and you can see the wear and tear."

"Very disappointed. Property is beautiful. But, no room service. We did not have a view of the Vegas strip. We were told they were out of robes. We were told higher floored were reserved for Saturday patrons and I had reserved weekend room since February. I do not believe they treat 3rd party bookers with the same respect as those that book directly thru hotel. I WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN."
