"One of our two rooms was not ready until almost 3 hours after check in. Our room key didn't work, and it was difficult to find a staff member because there was a large line with similar concerns. "First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"This is a good place to stay within walking distance of many of the casinos, restaurants, and attractions. If you are looking for rooms with higher end furnishings this is not your place. A few of the drawers in our room had broken handles, the televisions shared a remote and the bedding is pretty standard. Overall I recommend the property if you like the location with basic furnishings. The staff were attentive and friendly."
