"The property was aesthetically pleasing, staff was very polite and helpful. The two biggest disappointments was the pool and area around it being dirty and unusable. I was looking forward to swimming and was not able to. The breakfast selections were adequate however the sausage was rubbery, potatoes were cold and bread was too thick and bordered stale. Plus side, the room was sizable, bed very comfortable."

"The room was extremely stuffy . Got super hot , and then super cold . It was hard to find a happy medium . But the breakfast was superb ! The pool and jazuzzi was perfect . The basketball court was fun . "

"Everything about Legoland hotel was legit. Easy check in and check out, CVS vending machines with literally EVERYTHING, all kid friendly amenities, so many activities for the kids, reasonably priced everything pretty much. Can’t wait to come back! "

"I really hoped to like this stay but it wasn’t an ideal stay. We got to our room, the cleaning of the room was terrible. Fridge dirty, coffee machine area dirty not fully cleaned, shower was filthy! The bathroom floors were dirty. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the water was leaking from the shower to the bathroom floor, later on towards the night our room started to have a sewer smell, they sent someone to spray something in the room, it helped but we couldn’t sleep at night...

"“The staff was so seeet & kind! But……. I used Expedia to book a one night stay for a job I had in San Diego when I booked online. I had a king room with the sofa bed however, upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that they would have to downgrade me to a two queen’s room. Ok, no problem. I accept it however, when I got upstairs to my room and lugged all of my luggage, when I went to open the door, the maid came after me saying, “ no this room is not clean stop” she sends me back...

"This hotel needs upgrades! The windows are single pane and you literally can hear EVERYTHING! be prepared to get no sleep! We also had a room with a kitchenette, however, it came with no pots or pans, no silverware, no dishes, nothing! So, you're on vacation and I guess they want you to buy all kitchenware in order to be able to utilize the kitchenette???? makes no sense! completely pointless to reserve a room with a kitchenette that you can't use!"
