"The views were nice but this is a place that I will never revisit. The room was very big and accommodating but had a smell, the room’s thermostat was at 68 but the room temp wouldn’t go below 77. There was a “cricket” in the room that they knew was a problem, as the maintenance man’ mentioned that prevent a peaceful sleep. We were offered another room that never happened. "My kids found this to be a very posh hotel. They loved the glass ceiling, very Parisian, and the glass elevators, even if two were under maintenance during our short stay. The outdoor pool next to a pond was also a win and everyone loved journeying to the ninth floor for a microwave. I found the staff to be excellent.
