"The bed sheets definitely weren't clean and I unfortunately didn’t realize until too late in the evening 10pm (so they couldn’t and wouldn’t have them changed ) … there was obvious traces of man mayo and lubricant on the top sheets. Had issues with the door key every time I left the room and had to go to the front desk to get it reissued. There was no soap or shampoo in the room and the ac made a very high pitch sound"

"I wish I could really remember the two employees names, but they were really awesome and cool at the same time. They were very accommodating, and helped us out a lot. We were able to change rooms when the AC went out, and they were pretty cool about my dog accidentally peeing on the floor."
