"The price of the room per night was more affordable than I expected for an high-end hotel. Optimal location for easy walking access to major cultural locations in the downtown area. Love that there was a restaurant and cafe onsite. And the staff were some of the kindness and most helpful I’ve experienced at a hotel. Would definitely consider booking here again for a future trip. "Great location for public transport and able to walk to the waterfront. Chinatown is just behind too. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was travelling alone having arrived on a long haul flight and the welcome was warm and efficient. I opted for room service breakfast and it was delivered easily within the time frame given. The Omni had been recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. "

"We loved the property! Three pools and plenty of seating. The lazy river was a lot of fun. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the cucumber water at the front entrance! The rooms could’ve been a tad bit cleaner.. they were large and beautiful, but there was remnants of sunscreen, fingerprints on all the doors. We loved staying there and will be back next year for sure:)"
