"It's a good affordable place to say if you want to save money, nothing fancy. Still fun to stay in a castle. One thing I did not like was the self the check-in took longer than planned. Took me 30 minutes to figure out how how to get my room key? The digital key did not work. Ask employee about room being ready and how to get key. Just said that will notified for the room being ready. Never was. I had to keep looking on the app figure out how to find information. It would have been much smoother to speak to a front agent employee especially after a long day of traveling. Just want someone to organize my room. Not me. use MGM app the kiosk waste of money and are useless since they don't send you a message or anything. I end up using the app to get my information plus fill information again."
