"When traveling to Vegas TI is my favorite. The checkin staff was extremely busy however they all keep very kind attitudes and checked everyone in quickly. The self parking deck is a plus and easy to get in and out of. However housekeeping failed to clean the refrigerator and it had leftover food inside and the refrigerator didn’t work."

"Prime location on the strip. This is always my go to hotel when in Vegas. Perfect location if you are going to the stadium or arena as both are in walking distance. Parking garage is close if you’re driving. A lot of food options and play playground is always a fun time with friends! IMPORTANT , personally, I only book tower rooms as they appear to be more updated but I’ve stayed in the pyramid room too and they’re not bad at all"

"Let me start off by saying I love it here. I left my expensive eyeglasses here , called 10x days later and they had found them. I have stayed here several times. The free desert was fabulous!the only con I had was the phone didn’t work in the room and there was no ironing board in the room upon my arrival. I wish the rooms had microwaves, but as I was leaving I saw several in the hall, so it must be by request."
