We realized this after stopping at the club house and asking around. If they weren't open, we would have never known how to check in because you have to talk to someone for the key. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. "Unique property. Kids loved it. The “house” was smaller than the photos represented, but it was still big enough. The property is loud. Expect really squeaky floors, doors, and furniture. If you are adults traveling with kids, just beware that the bed in the adult bedroom is very noisy, if you know what I mean. The jacuzzi tub is REALLY loud. Like a person couldn’t hear the TV in the sitting room over the roar of the jacuzzi. Kitchen is well-equipped and the decor is cute."

"The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful."
