"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING It’s mainly my fault for not doing enough research on this hotel before booking it for two nights. It’s Vegas so I was expecting drunk people but there was no security inside the building for the duration of the two nights. The self-check in machine wasn’t working. We paid to stay at the habitat tower. The shower wasn’t working. I have a video but it won’t let me attach it. The bathroom door was blocked and won’t fully close. We called room service for some towels on our second night. Got absolutely nothing. The lights went out on our checkout day and wouldn’t turn on. Again, my fault for not looking into it long enough to realize that it was a 3- star hotel for a reason."
