"This is a good place at a great price. The good: very clean, great bed, instant hot water, everything you really need, great staff, and VALUE! The less than good: It is dated. If I needed to find something to complain about: Baseboard and trim could use a repaint, but why complain? This is great value; floor plan is great. Two bedrooms and two baths at a price you can't beat. We were visiting the Kennedy Space Center with our 12-year-old granddaughter, and this gave us the privacy she needs...

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "

"It was our first time staying in the Flamingo tiny house at Matlacha Tiny Village. The house had everything we needed for our two-night stay. A full kitchen (minus an oven) a surprisingly spacious bathroom, and two separate bedroom areas. The air-conditioning and ceiling fan cooled the living room/kitchen/loft area even in the extreme heat of July.
