"Very helpful staff and friendly greeting as soon as I walked in! Very clean building and our room was perfect. We had a river view and it was beautiful. I recommend this hotel if you you’re visiting Chicago!!"

"Great hotel for a weekend, I wish the room could have security box in it and bigger trash can. The staff is friendly, restaurant and bar were good. I surely will reserve again."

"I have been to Chicago many times, but this is the first time at the Hyatt Regency. From the staff to the amenities it was outstanding!!! Highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to this wonderful city!"

"Amazing view of the city, lake, and park from the room!"

"Over $100 in extra fees and taxes."

"Strategic location, walking distance to Chicago River and Magnificent Mile"

"Great room very clean"

"clean room, shops nearby"

"Excellent hotel"

"The breakfast bar would be kid friendly options"

"Clean rooms, clean lobby, breakfast was good. Terry at the desk is the best! My only complaint is there’s only two elevators (sometimes 3 since one is a service elevator) so it backs up going up and down but that’s not really a fixable issue or their fault. Overall it was a great stay. Location is very walkable."
