"For an all inclusive hotel, the fridge was empty when we got there, there 4 of us in the family and the fifth day we were there they gave us one towel for everyone to use and it upsets me therefore I had to call the desk to request for more, they were nice enough to bring us some towels. also bottle water was limited, there was one day where they only gave us one bottle water therefore before we go back to the room we always ask for bottle water at the pool bar. Staff were great and friendly....

"Tienen cobros extras a la hora de llegar y hacer el check-in. El personal de la recepción se toman las cosas personales y se ponen a la defensiva. La habitación normal, la toallas manchadas y yo con pena para que me cobran eso por eso tome video y fotos y el desayuno básico."

Estancia agradable con muchos lugares cercanos, lavandera atrás del hotel, playa caracol a menos de 10 min caminando, chedrahui cercano donde puedes m comprar todo lo indispensable a buen precio, lugares de comida cercanos, muy buenos los tacos de la probadita mexican food. En general buen lugar para hospedarse. El pequeño...
