"The breakfast was very disappointing, in a time when we are so concerned with the environment your use of very cheap paper products and utensils wrapped in plastic was very disappointing. You would do well to get a dishwasher, dishes, bowls, mugs and silverware. The breakfast itself was not great. Coffee was excellent."

"The room was clean and the people were polite and helpful. There were lots of places close by to eat and shop! In the evenings, we had young people outside talking quite late , and kept us awake. Traffic close by seemed quite loud. But as we showed up last minute looking for a place , this was reasonable rate compared to other places in the area."

"I stayed at this Marriott for 12 days. On the mirror in the bathroom it states “Every other day refresh, every 7 days full service”. Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a customer I’ll look into it. Still no one cleaned my room. I put my dirty towels in the hall several times. Housekeeping picked up my towels but didn’t leave clean towels. I had to go to the lobby to request cleans towels several times from Jill. No one emptied my trash or dusted my room. I even requested Jill at the front desk to have my room cleaned. Jill also stated she would refer this to her manager. No one came.Still no one cleaned my room. I told Abbey at the front desk at check, I was told he’d be in at 7 am. I came down at 8 am. Abbey told me he wasn’t in yet. I checked back at 9 am and told the same thing he isn’t in yet. When I checked out at 11 am, Abbey stated she hasn’t had a chance to talk to him. I waited 2 days for someone to contact me. Nothing….. Jill was exceptionally helpfully and empathetic to my situation."

"An historic hotel with excellent staff! Mediterranean restaurant is fantastic. Rooms were spacious. Free breakfast of coffee, eggs, sausage and pasteries was also good. Hotel is refurbishing the elevator, which was the only drawback. I'd definitely stay there again."
