"Amazing stay! The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking it truly feels like a 5-star experience. Every small detail is thoughtfully taken care of, which makes the stay even more special. The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The spa service was one of the highlights, so relaxing and well done. I also loved that they had Indian food options on the menu, which made things even more comfortable. A big shoutout to Nanda, Karisma, and Koning for making the experience so memorable. Koning, in particular, was exceptional with the spa service!"

"The hotel and staff are wonderful! Our room was beautiful and the quality of bedding and linens were 5 star. The morning breakfast was plentiful and excellent! The hotel is located on a steep hill but they have golf carts to take you up and down if you don’t care to walk."

It was a romantic trip, and I organised a surprise romantic package for my partner on arrival — the setup was absolutely amazing and made the moment really special. They were so accommodating and made it incredibly easy to arrange something special for my partner. The service was honestly 5-star. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, and they made us feel genuinely looked after. One of the highlights was a day trip with Darma, who treated us like family. He took us to the Gates of Heaven, a honeybee farm where we tried kopi luwak (the famous “poo coffee”), and an incredible lookout. It was such a memorable day and made the trip even more special. We stayed in a villa which was spectacular — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic getaway. The food was delicious, and we loved relaxing by the pool bar as well. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!"
