Hotel dekat Ammachi Kottaram

"Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. L ensemble reste tres bien pour un prix tres raisonnable. Je...

"The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and they also helped organize additional activities, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast spread was quite limited and could be improved. We also noticed that the bedsheets were not properly clean during check-in, which affected the first impression of the stay."

"Very nice place for your family enjoy the beutiful scenery and relax"

"Beautiful views form the room's balcony. Large room, looks exactly like the photos even with a seating area and fridge plus a huge bathroom. Staff were very helpful and lovely food. Large choice for evening meal and huge breakfast self service buffet"

"Great ambience. Beautiful view. Cordial staff. 30 minutes from Vagamon town. Nice restaurant and food. Room is spacious with a large balcony. As the location is mostly cold and moist the room walls need periodic painting to avoid molding."

"Lovely and attentive staff but room amenities were substandard for a presumed 5 star hotel . "

"Nice room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom could be made more plush..very basic feel. Food a challenge especially for vegetarians. Stayed for two nights. "

"Staff are excellent. Facilities are not adequate. No toilet paper and no microwave or coffee kettle. Could upgrade little more "

"Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"This is a newly built camping style place. The rooms are nice for the outdoor location. Working ceiling fans, sliding glass doors. I spent some time with one of the owners who has great English and is a great guy. It’s really a great location to make as a home camp to take safari jeeps from, which the site can easily order for you. They also can arrange walking trips through the wild park with a park ranger. Great group of people running this place!!"
