"I am very disappointed! I paid more for this hotel because it claimed to have a functional hot tub. I doesn't! It is broken no notices, no signs just misleading people then when you get there the staff is just "no big deal they charged extra for the amenities that they don't have" On top of that the rate changed as I drove closer. It went up $50 in 30 miles, which I had only agreed to because we had driven for 10 hrs and thought they had a hot tub. Misleading and I believe intentionally. They were listed as the only person in town with one. Gym had no air conditioning. It was 78 degrees, humid and no towels to use. The equipment was falling apart.and panels coming off the wall. Room had not been mopped the floors in the bathroom and hallway were dirty and had broken tiles. Bathroom towel rack was not properly attached to the wall. Breakfast was a 6. Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt, but this was just sad, a blatant lack of concern for the facilities and their patrons."

"I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg. I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left !!!!! "

"I will never stay here they could not find my reservation and then to come to find out, the property had actually canceled my reservation and saying they had my consent. I did not give my consent for them to cancel my reservation. Why would I’ve given them consent when I was trying to contact Hotels.com the entire time that I was sitting there. They were rude and disrespectful. My husband said from the beginning he thought that they were the ones to cancel my reservation and they were. I will never go through them again"

"AC noisy, rattles, needs to be repaired, not able to sleep. Floors\carpet dirty needs yo be vacuumed. Not an unpleasant smell to the room. "
