Modern hotel with abit of a walk

Modern hotel with good facilities, about 10 min walk from city center but since it was very windy it was difficult to walk there and back, although the hotel provided free shuttle to train station, we had to book in advance. Nothing to eat around the hotel except for hotel restaurants. Excellent service, staff was very helpfull except for the lady in the sauna/fitness: terrible attitude, slamming everything, talking loud and very rude. Would have given a five star for service if not the cleaning lady in sauna.

Beautiful veiws from 15th floor. Tram stops outside, its close to central staition.

Lovely hotel, given free upgrade to a higher level room and were able to check in just after 12 instead of 3 which was a great relief as it was raining and only wanted to drop cases off, but were able to dry off and unpack which made the start of the trip fab! Would recommend and stay again

Nos dió un habitación superior de lo que habíamos reservado, en realidad un suite!! Solo es una parada en la tranvia ( que para justo delante del hotel) para llegar al centro Ha sido todo perfecto

The hotel was beautiful, pretty modern, and the location was fine, not perfect, but close enough to the touristic places.

Beautiful view and location. Wish they had Netflix on TV or someway to connect phone to TVs.
