Hotel as lovely and in a central location. Staff werw polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

My phone was displaying weird and 4 was the most possible stars I could select. But probably about right. If you are expecting 5 star pampering, move on. But this place had everything we needed. Clean comfortable bed, shower, friendly and helpful staff, and the tram stopped right out front. Sometimes we walked to or from Centraal anyways, but was good to have the tram right there. I suggest this as a good, economical place to stay.

The only best things about this hotel were the good location and the nicely renovated bathroom. But overall it was overpriced for what it offered and I let the pictures speak for themselves. Not coming back. Sorry about this.

The room was small but perfectly sized. A comfortable large bed, reasonably clean throughout, with a fully functional bathroom. There was a mini-fridge in the wardrobe that kept drinks cool. There were plug sockets for EU and UK power, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping did a good job each day. The room was dark and peaceful at night, and was fresh and breezy in the morning with the window open.

This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There’s also residential apartments and several other hotels in the building so security is zero. At all hours people were walking around smoking talking and right outside my window. Reception is closed from 10 pm to 8 am so there’s nothing you can do except for turn on your sound machine and deal with it. The wallpaper was peeling off and when I asked to shorten my stay because of these issues they refused and just kept my money. I would suggest you look elsewhere

The hotel is located in a very fun and walkable neighborhood loaded with restaurant options. It was also a relatively short walk to the museums and Vondelpark. And the buses picked up right in the next block. The hotel itself was fine. The rooms weren't overly large, but had everything we needed. And the receptionist on the 4th floor was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was one of the best that we have ever stayed in. Not only was the room exceptionally clean and well prepared, but there was a great AC system, large bathroom, and beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly. On our check-in, they shared the amenities with us and offered complimentary water and fruit. The shops in the area are cute, convenient, and picturesque. There are great cafes nearby!

The air conditioning and the refrigerator were not functioning properly. The first room that we stayed in, the patio door was not able to close properly, hence it was unlock the whole night. We requested to be moved to a different room and the front desk was helpful to move us to another room thinking that the air conditioning will work better, but it was still not functioning properly.
