The room was small but comfortable and clean, the location was terrific and an added bonus I could sync YouTube from my phone to the tv. There was a wonderful bakery just along the road and the tram stop was only a few yards further along the road. Overall I was happy with my stay and would certainly consider staying again when I next visit Amsterdam.

This hotel is in a comfortable neighborhood of shops and residences. It is about 15 minutes walking distance from the art museums. Unfortunately, it's a dump. It has not been kept up. The walls are scuffed and scratched. There is no closet and the bathroom is extremely cramped (but in better shape than the room). The bed is two narrow twins pushed together and easily slide apart. The mattress is not too bad, but rather soft. It is also extremely noisy. It seemed that someone was up walking all night. There's more, but this is probably enough to convey my general disappointment.

Great location. Staff was helpful. Stairs are steep, but we already knew that and didn’t have a problem with it. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean, bright, and we had a nice balcony. Apple Inn is also easy for public transportation — you can take the 2 tram right to Museumplein, the canal ring and into Centraal. I’ve stayed here twice and would recommend it again.

Location was great, close to Vondelpark, airport shuttle, and several tram lines. Unfortunately the bathroom reeked of mold and the lack of AC meant our window was open to the street where cars, trams, trucks, and people made plenty of noise most of the time. Make sure you get a garden-side room and it's probably fine.

We arrived early and the staff were very helpful, arranged to leave our luggage whilst we meandered around the area until check in time. Our room was adequate, it was certainly clean, maybe a little tired but we were not living in the room. We slept really well in the confortable beds. Small bathroom, but had all we needed with no problems at all. During our 2 night stay at The Apple Inn the staff were always helpful and friendly. Trams, buses, cafes and restaurants are all close by, as well as the beautiful Voldepark. The hotel also sits in a beautiful, leafy suburb and would definitely come and stay again.
