I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel. I specifically requested a baby crib twice before arrival and was assured it would be ready in the room. When we got there, there was a crib—but no mattress. The crib literally had a metal bar at the bottom, making it completely unsafe and unusable for a baby to sleep in.
I reached out to the hotel multiple times for help, but only received automated responses saying they would notify the hotel. No one ever followed up or fixed the issue.
Because of this, we had no safe place for our baby to sleep and were forced to leave and find another hotel at the last minute. It’s now been 6 days, and I still haven’t heard a single response from anyone.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially when traveling with a baby. I would not recommend staying here.
