It was good, and location is convenient. Clean room and bathroom, the room was small but it worked for us (3 people). Didn’t have many amenities, like the hairdryer we had to request and the one we got only blew lukewarm air (so it didn’t really dry our hair). They didn’t have lotion but they had a one in all shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Overall, decent place and is fine for those who don’t need a fancy hotel. Plus the tram and train are nearby.

The location of this hotel was everything for us. The neighborhood is very safe, restaurants and cafes near by, one block away from the Metro station and few blocks away from main attractions. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned properly and we were even allowed to ccheck in early for free 😊 Ignacio, the hotel manager was very informative and friendly. The room we stayed in was a bit small but I guess this is what you get in Europe the bathroom was clean.

This is a perfect budget friendly hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful as this was my first visit to Amsterdam. Nearly everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. The metro is within that range as well and is easy to learn. We were surprised at how quiet it is at night. We are sensitive to environmental sound but we heard nothing from inside or outside and slept very well. During the day the area is busy. But at night it is calm and quiet. I felt safe in a big foreign city. Our room was a double twin. It was comfortable and clean. Overall, it’s a small room, which is perfect because we were out exploring more than in the room. Thank you to the staff! You all were so helpful and I appreciate your hospitality.
