Great hotel and location in central Amsterdam with easy access to popular museums and other attractions. Staff were friendly. Had to call issues with HVAC and bathroom sink that were taken care off quickly. The shower leaked water onto the floor every time it was used. There was also a noise issue from outside the hotel.

Everything was lovely, staff super helpful my only complaint will be the air conditioning needs to be checked and made cooler if guests want, as it didnt work perfectly well but wasnt too hot Also the fancy japanese toilet isnt the easiest for guests who are not use to it Rest was lovely location, staff, and cleanliness

Hotel was great! We walked from the train station to the hotel as only had carry on luggage. it is an oasis in a busy area. Quiet and tranquil and when you walk outside, you are in city centre and able to walk everywhere. Rooms are super comfortable and air conditioned! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
