"The hotel is located just outside Amsterdam, close to the tram, so it's easy to get downtown. The hotel room was ok, not too big but enough space for two. The only complaint we have is that there's no aircon so the room was too hot during the night."

"Our toilet did not flush. Called someone, could not get it to work. Got a bucket to flush. In the morning asked for a free breakfast as compensation and it was provided. Fair deal we thought. Toilet that does not flush is a bit of an inconvenience."
