"The room was spacious and clean. Since it’s a vintage building, there are some areas that show wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking in the rear was secure. On Saturday night, it was full. There are a few shops near by, but the main advantage is the proximity of a Q-Line stop. "What a great stay we had at The Cochrane House! Our hosts were accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We stayed at the Cochrane House after attending a couple of sporting events in Detroit. It was so nice to come back to a place that was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast arrived at our door the following morning. Coffee just as we like it and homemade biscuits.
