"The property was well kept but we had a problem with our toilet. The water kept running and we reported it to the office when we went out. We returned 6 hours later and flushed the toilet and it continued to run. Call the front desk and they indicated it could not be fixed until the next day. They did offer to change the room but we would have to pack and unpack for one night."

"Wir hatten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Ausschlaggebender Punkt war, dass die Unterkunft auch Parkplätze hat, was in Amsterdam nicht immer der Fall ist. Das Hotel befindet sich etwa 3 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten in der Stadt. In der Nähe gab’s aber auch eine Bushaltestelle. Etwa 500m von der Unterkunft gab’s einen Supermarkt. Direkt im Hotel gab’s auch ein Restaurant, was leider in den zwei Tagen immer geschlossen war. Verbesserungsbedarf: wir hatten...

"I stayed at Westcord Art Hotel for a week and opted to have my room cleaned every other day. The room was bright, spacious and clean, and every one of the staff I met at the hotel provided warm service with a smile. The property is also a few metres from a bus stop, which takes you to the city in minutes and still runs late into the night. "Great location, on a quiet street. Museums, restaurants and a grocery store close by. Very friendly staff. The room was not in the best condition, but acceptable. Liked that toilet and shower was separate, especially when four people try to get ready quickly. We used the fan at night, don’t think there is air conditioning. Good hotel if the price is right."

"Location on Damrak was close to everything we wanted to do ! Cafes and Jumbo grocery store within a 2-3 min walk right on Damrak. Very close to the train station (5min) at the end of Damrak for quick access to Schiphol Airport and other places in Europe. Beds were comfortable and there was a coffee machine with lots of choices like lattes, tea and fruit buns on the 1st floor lobby all day. Our room was quaint but comfortable.
