"The hotel is subpar. It was just a place to sleep. They had construction going at 0835 in the morning and failed to report before we checked in that they carry firearms on the premises. There is a hotel right next door that has a water park outside, we will give them a chance eye next time we are in the area."

"Check on was fast and easy. The staff was wonderful. It’s a quick walk to the Disney parks. The pool is currently closed for maintenance but you have the property next door they give you access to. Breakfast was easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and comfy. Loved the pillows."

We also had two disabled children out of the four children with us and wanted to make sure that our rooms were connected when we called the first couple of times it was maybe we’ll get that to happen because we didn’t book it directly through Hilton so that was a little frustrating because we had two rooms that were booked together, so it was very possible that our rooms could’ve been on...

"This was our second time staying here. We really like the staff and love how close it is to Disney! It’s also very cute inside and we enjoy the mural/artwork. However this latest experience wasn’t great. We stayed two nights. Very first thing we saw when we walked in our room was a roach running across the floor.
