"We stayed here for one night and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—very close to Disney, which made everything incredibly convenient. There’s also a restaurant right on the corner where we had a delicious meal, which was a lovely bonus. The staff was kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay, and the property itself was clean and well maintained. Now the critiques I have are minor and won’t change me staying again, but would love if these were fixed. 1) I think the breakfast should be improved or made free. In its current state, the breakfast is not giving as much value as the ones in the park. Comparing prices, it seems a no brainer to go in the park as the food is that much better. If it was free...

"The room was perfect for our needs. A quick walk to Disney and a comfortable Quiet place to sleep in the evening. We did not use the pool or eat there, so I can’t comment on those amenities, but the staff was very very friendly and gave great service. I love the little store in the lobby for grabbing some fresh fruits or yogurt for my day. Would stay there again"

"We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location is incredibly convenient, a short distance from Disney, which made everything so easy for our group. What really stood out was the staff. They were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help us. During our stay, I ended up with a flat tire, and both the valet and maintenance manager stepped in right away and were so helpful. That level of care made a stressful situation much easier. I especially appreciated their support...

"Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding. Extremely friendly staff. Great location to Disneyland. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the noise. The walls are paper thin and I could hear children screaming on my final night. I could also hear every time someone rolled suitcases above and below me (I was on the 4th floor). Luckily I travel with a sound machine and the rooms have a fan setting so, as long as you like white noise, this is a perfect location/hotel."

"During our stay there’s one night the elevator was not working & being tired from exploring in Disneyland was so much struggle to use their stairs. The vending machine from first to third floor was out of water, no towels in the pool. There spa is smalll. No coffee free in the lobby so you have to buy it from there Deli. They provide something in the room for you to make one but there’s no water bottle included and when you buy it from vending machine it cost us $4-$5. No microwave in the room....

"Everyone was so friendly from the beginning to end! Such a beautiful room! It felt like a mini apartment my family of 6 fit perfectly! The kids loved the bunk beds! The Disney touch is also amazing! The Disney park is only 15 minute walk and there is also a bus that picks you up at the front of the hotel and drops you right in front of the park! I will be returning to stay here for our next Disney trip! "

"Overall, the hotel was okay, but the overall cleanliness was not up to par. As many other reviewers have said, the shower sprayed water everywhere, there was mildew or black mold in the bathroom, and the room itself needed to be cleaned. It was passable and is cheap, but honestly, I would suggest looking for a room elsewhere. The more reviews I read, the more nervous I became. The area did not necessary feel unsafe but it did not feel safe either. I would not walk around outside late at night. "
