"The rooms are so humid & the smell is horrible & hard to get rid of. Breakfast was very bare. The beds are very firm, so they left me aching in the morning. I am a big La Quinta fan, except for this location. I did like that they have indoor & outdoor pools. That's about it."

"The room smelt like mold so bad..air condition was so loud, had to ask them to shut the side door in hall that was giving access to public and should have been shut and not able to be opened to public access. It was myself and granddaughters so we was scared with it being so close to our room. I have been staying at holiday inns for forty years This is the very first time I have ever seen a holiday inn at this level."

It is located in the industrial city full of refineries, factories and ongoing construction...The constant smog in the air, water taste and smell of the air is horrible. When we arrived, our room was missing basic amenities—there were no bath towels, a huge stain on the floor that could have been a blood stain, water damage to the ceilings, black around the toilet, no shower curtain, and no hair dryer. "Didn’t have housekeeping the days were there- told called off sick The hot water in shower was poor- told you have to turn the handle the other way (towards cold). Said there is a note taped there- there wasn’t Is dog or pet friendly The air conditioner functioned poorly- was told just cleaned that one -I checked the filter looked like wasn’t cleaned or replaced this year. Definitely pet friendly"
