"Our room basically has zero wifi, the breakfast sausage was absolutely awful and dry. The lock on our door was broken when we got into our room."

"Very outdated. Springs were visible on mattress. Open man hole in front of property uncovered with huge opening hole was full of water. Very easy for child or anyone to fall into. Very dangerous!!!Unexposed wire boxes in front of hotel. Very dated lines. No mattress encasements."

"Didn’t have housekeeping the days were there- told called off sick The hot water in shower was poor- told you have to turn the handle the other way (towards cold). Said there is a note taped there- there wasn’t Is dog or pet friendly The air conditioner functioned poorly- was told just cleaned that one -I checked the filter looked like wasn’t cleaned or replaced this year. Definitely pet friendly"

"Liked , it was clean for the most part . BROKEN .... hot tub , telephone , door handle / key card ac was preset in room , it would shut on and off every few min , it wasn't a consistent air flow . the halls and lobby felt like no ac at all , it was very moldy smelly and extremely HOT THE POOL WAS FILTHY THE room didnt get cleaned while we were out , supposedly we were to ask for a clean room and new fresh towels. we checked out a day early .. we wont be back . and so disappointed that...

"The hotel was perfect for our short stay. The room was extremely clean and nicely updated. The pool was as beautiful as pictured, perfectly maintained and wonderful for our children 4 and 9. We met several friendly guests most were families with similar age children which was comforting and fun. It was a great time and we will be booing with the Crystal Palace in the future!"

"We stayed during the of July weekend. Clean rooms and a decent breakfast variety (I made breakfast tacos our first morning in the hotel with the options they provided). Parking is $20/day and you get in and out privileges which is great. The hotel is directly across from Stewert Beach so we walked across the street to enjoy there are no sidewalks on the hotel side and the traffic lights for pedestrians did not work when we were there so you're playing a game of frogger lol). No need to bring...
