"The property is older in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was fully-equipped, as was the laundry room. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. Our contact person, Mike Davis, was super responsive and personable whenever we called with a question. "

"The room was very comfortable and the staff was top notch! Coffee and water were readily available and noticable. The lights were a bit of a new thing, placing the card inside the door to make them work. I was not aware that was a thing, but the cleaning staff alerted me as to how to use it. We would definitely stay there again on our travels to and from Alaska."

"When myself and my two young children got to our room on the second floor, our big window was wide open and had no screen. It was also next to a retainment wall where someone theoretically could've climbed or threw something into the window. I asked the aftneroon front desk if they could put a screen back in. I was told "We are out of screens, so....... what do you want to do about it?" If we had not already pre-paid for the next 4 days, we would've left then and there.

"I stayed one night at this hotel, and it was such a bizarre experience. It almost seemed like there was an old motel that was purchased by the main hotel next-door and then combined into one company. I booked a queen size room at the cost of $187. What I received was hardly what I paid for. The bed was a full-size and not a queen bed. In addition, the room was incredibly disgusting with dirty floors, walls, shower, and curtains. Paint was peeling on most of the surfaces, and the showerhead was...

"My kids loved the pool and being next to Applebees was a big plus for us as well. Friendly staff, convient location, and ample parking. Only issue was unstable wifi and having to reconnect over a dozen times in the span of just a few hours- and this was without us even leaving our room."

"The only bummer was the price of the parking garage (pro tip - pay at the garage rather than thru the hotel…much better price). Also my map said there was a gas station nearby, but it must have been shuttered years ago.
Very nice room and helpful staff at the hotel."

"We liked everything at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were good. Our only complaint was the coffee. It never tasted good, no matter what we added to it. We noticed there wasn't a coffeemaker in the room. We would have tried some other coffee. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."
