"The Lakefront is super close to the Anchorage airport, and thus super convenient for folks flying in and out, on their way to a cruise or hunting/fishing expedition. But the property is VERY tired, and the wear and tear is reflected in almost every aspect of the hotel, from the rooms to the restaurants. ..."

"We arrived around 11:30 am and check- in was clearly stated for 3 pm. No problem so we sat in the sparse lobby. We asked if we could get wifi and they said no, not until we check in and They wouldn’t physically check us in until 3 pm. They were really rather rude but it appeared that they were sticking ..."
